1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Product Scoring Automation (the "Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-on. The Add-on is developed and maintained by Digitanalytics LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of the Add-on

Product Scoring Automation is a Google Sheets Add-on that connects to your Google Ads account and Google Merchant Center to automatically score and classify products based on performance data, and sync custom labels to your Merchant Center feed.

3. Access and License

Access to the Add-on is granted upon purchase through our authorized sales platform. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Add-on for your own business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Add-on or your access credentials to any third party.

4. Google Account Authorization

The Add-on requires you to authorize access to your Google Ads account and Google Merchant Center via OAuth 2.0. By authorizing, you grant the Add-on read access to your Google Ads performance data and read/write access to your Merchant Center custom labels. We do not store your Google credentials. We do not modify your campaigns, bids, budgets, or any Google Ads settings. All data processing occurs within your own Google account environment.

5. Data Privacy

We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data or your Google Ads account data. All data fetched by the Add-on is processed in real time within your Google Sheets environment and is never transmitted to our servers. 6. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed through our authorized payment platform. Prices are displayed in USD. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase and delivery of access. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the Add-on, contact us at [email protected] and we will make every effort to resolve it.

7. Updates and Availability

We commit to providing free updates to the Add-on for all existing customers. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Add-on at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Add-on will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all Google Ads account configurations. Results may vary depending on your account structure, data quality, and campaign setup. Performance improvements are not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digitanalytics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Add-on, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

10. Intellectual Property

The Add-on, its code, design, documentation, and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Digitanalytics LLC. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Add-on without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Digitanalytics LLC. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
