Digitanalytics LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the Product Scoring Automation Google Sheets Add-on (the "Add-on"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the Add-on. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We want to be explicit: we do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any of the following:

Your Google account credentials or OAuth tokens

Your Google Ads account data, campaign data, or performance metrics

Your Google Merchant Center product data or feed information

Any personally identifiable information entered into the Add-on

Any financial or billing data beyond what is processed by our payment platform at the time of purchase

3. How the Add-on Works

The Add-on operates entirely within your own Google account environment. When you run the Add-on:

It connects to your Google Ads account via the Google Ads API using OAuth 2.0 authorization

It connects to your Google Merchant Center via the Content API using the same authorization

It fetches product performance data and processes it in real time inside your Google Sheets

It writes custom labels back to your Merchant Center feed directly via the Content API

All data flows directly between your Google accounts and your Google Sheet. No data is routed through, stored on, or processed by our servers at any point.

4. Google OAuth Authorization

To function, the Add-on requests the following OAuth scopes:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets — to read and write data in your Google Sheet

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords — to read product performance data from your Google Ads account

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/content — to sync custom labels to your Google Merchant Center feed

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui — to render the add-on sidebar and menu interface inside Google Sheets

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email — to identify the authenticated Google account and display it in the add-on interface

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile — to confirm account identity during the OAuth authorization flow

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request — to make authorized API calls to Google Ads and Google Merchant Center

You can revoke these permissions at any time via your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will prevent the Add-on from functioning until you re-authorize.

5. Purchase and Payment Data

When you purchase access to the Add-on, payment is processed by our third-party payment platform (Stripe). We do not store your credit card details or payment information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions and can be found at stripe.com/privacy.

Your email address provided at checkout may be used to deliver your purchase, send setup instructions, and communicate updates related to the Add-on. We do not use your email for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our sales and delivery pages may use standard cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand page performance and improve the user experience. No cookies are used within the Add-on itself.

7. Third-Party Services

The Add-on interacts with the following third-party services on your behalf:

The Add-on is intended for professional business use only and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
